Yep, just natural color animal prints for me too-though that one looks pretty subtle. If the cut works well for you, cant hurt to duplicate!

I’m really picky about animal prints, so I’m another one that usually avoids those “unnatural color” animal prints — often the color combinations don’t appeal to me.

That’s a cute dress.

I actually prefer the faux faux, great colors.

For me it depends on the colors in the animal print. I am less likely to wear unnatural animal prints in bright colors, because they just don't go with my other items. I like the colors in the faux-faux animal print above, but it is hard for me to turn away anything green... I agree with Gigi on picking up two distinctly different dresses if you are worried about splitting wears.

I'm one who eschews unnatural animal prints, ha. I don't know why; it's a poison eye for me.

I personally try to avoid duplicating unless the item is an essential and pretty basic, like a t-shirt or something like that. But that's more of a variety issue. If you're wondering about splitting wears, I would get one dress in a light colorway and another in a dark one, or one in a print and one in a solid. Then I think you'll be less likely to split wears (at least that's how things work out for me).

Suz, that’s a good idea. I think of the dot print as being a bit more classic & having some longevity, wear to church, baby showers, even casual weddings, that sort of thing, and to work in summer if I could sort the footwear.

I don't eschew unnatural animal prints. I like them. The dress looks great in that colour!

I am not sure about duplicating the style. How about wearing it a while in the first version and seeing what you think?

Although Boden has a lot of great- looking dresses, I hadn’t really found “ mine”. Partly styles and partly colors/ patterns.

Then I tried the Amelie in the black w/ pink dot. Seems like kind of a dittt theme going, but it’s because I can wear black if it’s “ lightened” with s lighter pattern and it’s actually better if it’s not black and optic white, thigh that can work.
I tried the R and Tall and I think the Tall is the way to go as is just a bit below knee and the waist hits a tad lower. For this pattern I am aiming for the slightly more ladylike look. The sleeves a shorter than perfect for me but more than just a cap. It’s called chalky pink but it reads cooler to me and actually blends with an EF orchid cardigan I have.
NOW my dilemma is I also ordered the “ faux - faux” leopard which is kind of green and black and pale blue. NOT because I wanted “ animal print” but because the colors are s nice “ medium dark” color and the colors in the print seem like I could wear with different colored and casual- ness of footwear.
But I got the R first , so have to decide whether to order the T. The R reads more like a”fun-sun” dress which is not really part of my casual dressing style.
Also wondering if 2 same style dresses will “ split wears” or if it’s good to get a few when style and color line up.
Right now I still need to play with the R size for shoes and toppers to see if I could tell if the print itself would be versatile and kind of imagine it as a Tall.

Back to the faux- faux leopard. I usually go with “ natural “ tones for “ leopard” but kind of think of some prints like this as just a nod to animal print. Trying not to think like Fashion Police.
Or do some of you eschew Any prints that are animal but “ unnatural” colors?
