It has more texture to it than a standard t-shirt jersey, has a bit of a "slubbed" feel. Won't be as cool and breezy as a lightweight woven cotton or linen, but it won't wrinkle as much either! I do a lot of weekend trips in the summer, which usually involves tossing a bunch of clothes into a backpack without too much thought, and lightweight jersey dresses are ideal for this. :)&nbsp;</p> <p>I can't get over how well engineered the pockets are, and I'm tempted to get a skinny belt too, as it would be the perfect accessory for this style... Two weeks of curling iron and hairspray every night has left the ends feeling a bit fried; I probably ought to trim it. DH likes it longer, so maybe I'll keep it this way for a while instead of chopping it all off right away. Sometimes Boden is too short- waisted for me even in the long sizes but this cut fits well. I bought the plain navy one recently because I am convinced I need navy knit dresses in all possible variations of sleeve length and weight for travel.
