Black, white, gray, blue denim and some. I hope the next shipments of spring will have more color. Not counting the outlet mall, I've only been in a regular mall once this year, but what I did see didn't tempt me to buy much.

Oh the blush is pretty. I don't know if it's a new neutral, but I have a blush leather jacket that pairs well with most outfits.

I'm seeing a lot of peach and that color in-between peach and camel. (I've seen it labeled blush, but in my head blush is more pink-toned and this is warmer.) Also mint. I suspect that orange will be big for spring (not my fav, makes me look zombie-esque) and maybe a spring take on the bordeaux/burgundy/marsala thing.

I was out yesterday, just to see what's coming into the stores. I noticed lots of blues, especially light and mid-tones, orange everywhere - very bright orange - plus other citron colours, including a very light lemon (the only yellow tone I can wear).

Your right though, blush does seem to be hanging on, together with a very pale peach.

I'm seeing blush too, and I miss my blush Coach bag, which I parked temporarily in favor of cognac for fall & winter. Going to dust that off soon. Otherwise, I've deliberately kept my blush purchases to a minimum, as it's not always the best color for me, and I can see myself growing tired of it. That said, I am contemplating adding a blush clutch. I like blush best as an accessory, or as a neutral replacement for beige/khaki, and with some sheen, not matte.

I'm seeing a ton of blues -- from light blue to french blue to cobalt to navy. Blue is everywhere. All those years I could not find ink, now I see it everywhere. It's filtered, finally, to petites! Just when I'd given up. Not sure what to do about that.

Also seeing orange, but I walk on by... the shade is nearly tomato, not orange. Alas, still doesn't do me any favors.

Agree, blush seems to still be going strong, maybe not everywhere but can find if look.

The typical "blush" is warm-toned and not good for me, but I have targeted my color "moonbeam" (an AT color name last season), which is a kind of pale mauve-y-blush, as a key neutral. It pops up here and there so I keep an eye out all the time. It is my version of white or cream for actual tops, but can combine with bits of real white. Is an alternative to gray but also works great with gray, as well as with black and burgundy. It is different from actual pale pink; to me it reads more as a neutral and less as a pastel.

I did also find I could fudge and have small amounts of blush in prints that have cool colors like burgundy, or black--since it's more common. Again, it is about how does the item read overall, not too warm or orangey.

I've also seen a fair amount of blush in the stores Carla - especially in Cleo Petite. The Bay also has a few items on their website in blush - a lovely jacket in particular. I'm also starting to see orange pop up here and there.

I havn't seen much new in stores except loads of sandals already both in stores on on line. Also seeing lots of the so called soft pants.

I just bought a silk blush short jacket on line TJmaxx. It was on their clearance and I am very happy to hear this is a big sprig color as this is for a spring/ summer jacket.

I noticed lots of mint at Target in their new stuff. I wish the quality were better, but mint jeans are tempting me.
I wear blush as a neutral. I'm loving it as low contrast with toffee/camel and would like to pick up more pieces to wear this way.

Lots of warm blush at Banana Republic (sad for me--I can only wear cool pink), lots and lots of grey, blue-grey, navy, and indigo.

Oh I wish I could say. Umm, well Zara seems to have lots of red. I love blush, especially pinkish blush. I am taking back pastels! (Since no one else seems to want them anyway :-))

Roamed the shops this week to see what would come out after last week's BIG winter clearance sales. There is still quite a bit of (discounted) winter stock out, but spring stuff is starting to show up.

Lots of white and cream (Yay!) and still swathes of black and grey. I am surprised by how much blush coloured items I'm seeing. In January I commented on blush shoes and sandals (in addition to black and cognac) but I am surprised by the racks and racks of blush I am seeing. Has it become a 'new' neutral? (I just donated my 2 blush items :-(. The colour just wasn't working with the facial redness I have from rosecea.)

The amount of red, and cobalt in stores surprises me. Very clear primaries when I thought the trend was going towards pastels and more muddy colours like Marsala. Found fuschia pink and lime/citron quite easily. Circus stripes and windowpane checks in bold black and white. Navy or ink blue still hard to find.

FWIW, knee length or midi skirts galore in both pencil (with a high waist) and full skirted versions. Waist definition -- just like Angie called it!

What are you seeing in the stores where you shop?

(Examples I saw in store: Express, Club Monaco, Melanie Lynn. More of the same from fast fashion Susy Shier and Reitmans to higher end Brooks Brothers!)
