But by that point, the liner is really mixing with the lipstick and probably isn't providing much of a barrier. Lip liner *first* next time!</p> <p>I didn't realize there was such a thing as clear lip liner. I'll have to check that out! I also didn't realize that there was lip primer. I wonder if I could experiment with putting a bit of foundation on my lips to make them a little tacky and dry so that the liquidy gloss has something more to adhere to.</p> <p>And I like the tips in the Goss video, Caro. I should check out Lisa Eldridge, too...I think she has a video about how to wear vibrant lipsticks, which probably has techniques to prevent bleeding, as it is so noticeable with the more dramatic colors.</p> <p>Thanks, all! It's got some bad reviews online, but I think it's because the customers put it on their lips. Just use it outside your lips to create a wax barrier. Then no color can bleed out.
