Light neutral would I think be the safest choice. I am not used to wear skirts and dresses with toppers, except jeans jackets, and I am not sure what would be good proportions. Would for example belted safari jacket work proportion wise, and will it look out of place indoors? What about bomber jackets? I am so clueless.
