It was also in my mind but I didn't articulate it. I was thinking -- for this level of formality (the skirt, i.e. this level of CASUAL) a moto, denim jacket, or bomber should be perfect.&nbsp;</p> <p>To my taste if I were meeting with TRUE business casual, I would be wearing a more structured pencil skirt and would not feel comfortable in my tube skirts.&nbsp;</p> <p>As it is, my company dresses CASUAL even for meetings, so I dress smart casual and that is a real step up. For instance, tomorrow for meetings I am planning to wear Gap linen pants, and J. I'm probably way behind the times, but when I looks at those jackets, they remind me of high school cheerleading, football, etc. (Sorry!) So that's not the right look for me either.</p> <p>The knit moto idea is most appealing. Given my (larger) bust, the double breasted one may not be the most flattering.
