I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the Mimco shoes, which are nicely padded on the footbed. The Holograph bag that I picked up from Collette was a great buy too. I think it will get used often, as I like adding a dressy clutch and heels to my jeans outfit even when going out for a casual dinner. Ladies - thank you all for your lovely comments and we must find events for those of you who want to wear black tie to go to, because it is fun to dress up. My shoes got lots of Wizard of Oz comments, they really are a grown up version of Dorothy's shoes. I now adopt an attitude that in 10 years time I will think “what was I worried about” and just try to make the most of what I have got. I do think that once you have your Soul Mate the pressure to look good disappears and if replaced by a desire to stay attractive just to that one person, it’s not pressure just rather a sense of growing together. I am lucky to have these events to go to, as it is fun to have a formal capsule. You have no idea how beautiful the young girls and guys at work who are in their 20’s looked. It was lots of fun to hang out with them and have fun outside of work. The feather jacket was great because it was a bit chilly and so nice to pop that on to stop being cold.
