Lyn suggested black pants with the top. How about gorgeous silky wide black pants and a short fitted jacket too in black with the top peaking out. I would look like a fabulous evening suit. The top you are wearing is festive,&nbsp;but it isn't as refined as I envision "black tie" to be.
