Black is more versatile and can always be punched up with a colourful scarf. I don't think I'd wait until NAS if you need one now. I'll try them on and post a picture. While thinking about this last night, it occurred to me that they might be too shiny for every day wear. I'll have to look at them in person. I do wear a lot of black and never felt washed out by it. The warm tinge to the red might be a problem. Red is also a neutral IMHO. Therefore you should go for the red one assuming it fits perfectly. I *thought* it was spring here, but had to wear a puffer coat and sweater today and wasn't the only person in town doing so. Because it's been rainy and blustery, I have had trench coats on my mind. I'm currently looking at <a href="http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/kenneth-cole-new-york-walker-coat/3249666">this Kenneth Cole one</a>. I like the single breasted style, higher collar, etc. As pretty as it is, I could never wear the "biscuit" color, so am trying to decide between red and black. Red is so pretty, but black would go with everything and I need versatility in a coat. If there were a purple version, I wouldn't be having trouble deciding. The other alternative, is to just suck it up and wait until the Nordie's Anniversary sale and see what gorgeous thing catches my eye. What are your thoughts?
