I like to wear navy with black. A navy cable knit would work. One was a heathered blue with an owl, the other a rosy light purple wrap sweater. Both sweaters ended at the waist. Which is to say, I think corduroy is a heavy cozy fabric, and I like cozy tops to go with. I don't like long tops with it, because I feel things get too droopy.</p> <p>Mini skirts I inevitably wear with leggings and socks and mid calf boots or flats with a substantial sole.
