I need to replace my well-used thrifted black blazer with something like what you are looking for. I will be watching this thread for ideas. My biggest problem with blazer shopping is getting the stance right in a modern blazer with my short height.

I absolutely *love* my black Drykorn Sleaford blazer. Super nice tailoring with a sharp pagoda shoulder. However, they're a German brand and I don't know if you'd find it on your side of the pond. But I can recommend it if you do.

My black suit blazer is starting to look a wee bit shabby - I've worn this item at least once per week and have more than put it through its paces. A black blazer is an absolute essential in my wardrobe so I need to look for a replacement. But I'd like the replacement to be more of a sharp shoulder version with a wee bit more edge if possible.

Wanna help me find some contenders? Here are my parameters:

True black

A fairly seasonless fabric if possible - i.e. not linen and not boiled wool (you get the idea)

Lined

Structured

Petite sizing (regular blazers do not fit my narrow shoulders so needs to be available in petite)

Sharp shoulders

Available in Canada (U.S. shipping and the Canadian/U.S. dollar conversion does not make for reasonable ordering cost right now - but I would consider if it was the right one)

Budget up to $200

Ok ladies - over to you - any fabulous suggestions?
