Once I finally lost all the weight (25 years later!), I went back to my original shoe size.</p> <p>My big post-pregnancy thing was that my lifelong allergies disappeared! I'd had horrible hay fever and after I had my baby it never really bothered me again! I'm also short so the baby did not have a lot of wiggle room. I just expanded. I'd say mine are the same size for normal shoes but I did go up in size for running. But I'm running longer distance too, and did you know your feet also swell and expand when running? Which is why my normal shoes are 8-8.5 and my running sneakers are 9.5!
