yes, BR petites are my go to for toppers/blazers...I don't wear a lot of woven shirts, but i really like the one in picture #1, and I love the color of that cap sleeve shirt. glad you found shirts that worked for you

I've been slowly updating the blouses/tanks/tees that I can wear as a layer under toppers. I got the teal silk tank at NAS and the floral Ted Baker at Dillards. I recently ordered 3 tops from BR, all in petites. I was really hoping that 1 or 2 would fit well and I was delighted to find that ALL of them do! The length and fit and drapiness are wonderful and the colors will work really well.

Although I don't usually choose camis, this black one is perfectly fine under a jacket. There is a sheer layer at the V but the neckline is high enough to make it work appropriate. And the length is perfect with my shorter jackets. The burgundy top is a lovely shade (they call it black rose) and can be worn now on its own and then transition into fall and winter as a layer. The third one I got (in the photo, I don't have it as a find) is a great shade of gray with nice details (open and layered on the sides with a hi low hem) and it's not too sheer. I prefer to have my arms more covered but this one has enough nice detail to be worn on its own. While the fabrics of these tops are synthetics, they all feel nice and I am quite pleased with them.

It was such fun to receive a package, try the first thing and say 'hey it fits' and then 'so does this one' and 'this one too' and really like all of them!

(And I just happen to be wearing a woven short sleeve, floral pattern top from BR today, though this one isn't a petite. After being off BR for quite a while they are back on my radar. )
