No that’s not repairable. That’s a total shred, melt down, recast and setting of a hinge. The pins that affix the hinge to the frame are probably snapped in two as well I’m guessing. I have brought the glasses to several eye glass shops. No one will repair them. Bevel does not respond to emails. That wouldn’t be a lasting repair, the integrity of the metal having already been fractured.
