Then, blend it all upwards with a fluffy eye brush. </p> <p>Blend the outer corner towards the middle of the eye (fluffy brush makes it real quick). &nbsp;You could also use your finger and smudge up and smudge in. &nbsp;Then use a dark liner to make a&nbsp;medium weight line. Extra mascara hides the mistakes :).</p> <p>It's like smoky-light.
