I say embrace rather than try to disguise. If you have any hips, skinnies can make you look a bit curvier than straight legs (which straighten you out). Flared crops can make slim calves + ankles look even slimmer due to the contrast/emphasis (at least on me...) I keep away from any High waste jeans, which make my butt to look flatter. I prefer the mid rise waist and sometimes (depends the top I am wearing) the low rise. Also, I have found that good jeans with flap pocket&nbsp; help. About legs, I do wear leggings but I don't like skinny jeans.
