Oh my, her comment just sent me into orbit! </p> <p>I hope this doesn't sound vain, but if I could just add one more stranger comment...a couple of months ago I was at a fast food restaurant with my family. I was wearing my big brown floppy hat, ditzy floral button down and jeans. I left my hat on while I ate (I know, not the best manners, but my hair was not looking it's best that day.) This kind woman in her late 50's approached us and at first I thought she was going to compliment my kids, but instead she said that as she was dining, she thought she saw a painting out of the corner of her eye. Then she saw me move! She just wanted to come over and tell me how "gorgeous" I am. </p> <p>I managed to pick my jaw off the ground to thank her but I got to admit that I was so embarrassed that she said that in front of my kids. I guess I don't want them to think I'm superficial.
