I also have a couple of gray ones, a couple of cognac ones, a silver one, a clear one, and others that don't come immediately to mind. A lot. Belts that are advertised as leather aren't necessarily leather. The price is a clue. But they can be cute and fun, and you just have to recognize that they are consumables like tights. Cue belt with cartoon pattern from Amazon.</p> <p>My favorite width is 1.5" or close to it. I really don't care for the 1" wide ones. I figured that out after I bought the leopard and red ones. But I like my gray ones which are probably about that width. My personal rule is that if pants have belt loops, I wear a belt. I don't have pictures but my two favorites are both Rebecca Minkoff. One is black leather with silver studs in a repeating star burst pattern. The other is brown suede with an embroidered flower pattern. They are both 1 1/2" width so I wear them mostly with jeans. My dressier belt is an Ann Taylor Black and Tan belt with gold hardware. It is 1" and a smaller size so it is easy to wear with high waist pants. I recently thrifted all my belts that were wider than 1 1/2 inches as well as my woven leather belts as they felt dated to me.
