I was a bit “luckier” than you yet am nowhere near your stage of recovery mentally or physically.<br /> I’m not a candidate for chemo—although I don’t think that would stop certain overzealous oncologists from encouraging me—but I was E/P + w/ no LN involvement. I did &amp; still am suffering severe radiation injury &amp; infection from medical error. Found during mammogram, there was nothing i could have felt no way to know. </p> <p>I lost my hair and am now rocking a salt and pepper look somewhere between a buzz and a pixie. My old clothes fit. </p> <p>Ironically I am now healthier than i have ever been. I am motivated beyond belief of having a VERY HEALTHY lifestyle.... diet, excerise, low stress, etc. Its still a mental struggle.<br /> I now wear my "good" jewelry every day<br /> I am ready to write off this year and turn the page to the next one. </p>
