I am 35-25-36, wear 0/2 at Banana Republic and find that i need whatever the smallest size they have for dresses: XXS if it exists, XS otherwise. It fits perfectly. I usually wear a 4-6 at Anthro and Banana Republic, a 2-4 at J Crew and Gap, and my measurements are something like 37-27-36. The only thing to be aware of is that the sale dresses via the BCBG website are final sale, so you want to be really sure. I bought mine in-store (where it was also final sale, but at least I'd tried it on).
