She was very proud of hers. She's naturally very slender and has an athletic build, so we have very different body types, but I have those too because my butt is not where I carry my fat. I never thought of butt dents as a bad thing to have (yay for muscle definition in at least one place on my body!), but in the era of butt implants and porn stars as trend-setters, I suppose some people want to fill them out.
