My hair is fairly dark right now but I usually go a bit lighter over the summer months and this is what my stylist usually does. For my brown hair, my stylist lifted off what she called a "veil" of hair (basically right around my forehead/crown) and didn't put any color there so that when it fell, you got these pops of light color flashing out, but no obvious roots to have to maintain. Your hair is much lighter so perhaps not such a factor for you, but I liked the really natural effect. It's some chi-chi salon that's been written up in Allure magazine.<br /> It's either for Bayalage or a full foil highlights. I won't use it for a few months because I'm seeing my regular hairdresser tomorrow.<br /> I've heard that Bayalage looks more natural. Has anyone have it done? </p>
