It's fun to know there's someone near by. You have much better shopping at the chains up in your neck of the woods, but it's so far to go for me. (Keep in mind, I take the bus 3 miles to work everyday and the majority of my activities are centered in downtown Sacramento, so it doesn't take a lot for me to think it's far away.) </p> <p>As for a date in June, may I suggest any weekend but the weekend of June 28-29? My hubby is throwing a big music festival in Sacramento that weekend so have been slated to help. And I vote for going into SF, though I love 4th Street in Berkeley, too.
