The Melrose set it very stylish but if you think it's too dainty then it's not for you. Im not familiar with your style but if you think chunky signature pieces are for you them don't compromise. Having said that, you could mix slimmer individual bracelets to create a that chunky look. The Melrose is a really nice set.</p> <p>I ventured in store and tried them on. No photos to share. The boutique wasn't too keen on me taking them. I think I've decided I prefer my jewellery to be chunky, bold and even my signature statement piece. </p> <p>I really liked both of these bangles. However, I think the sibling to the jet intervalle bangle - a thicker version - is even more wow. I admire them on others but never have given my self the chance to get used to them. Since I don't wear to many accessories I always found them too fussy. I get what you mean about being difficult to wear to work. I'm not adverse to taking my rings and watch off when I need to get on with the hands on tasks at work and they are getting in the way. </p> <p>I liked the set cause it was different and also versatile. It could be worn together or as single bangles. I don't think i would be too self-conscious about the clinking together. I have quite a few necklaces that clink and i've gotten used to it.
