BR sizes are a guessing game, too, so I haven't ordered anything online or tried to take advantage of any sales since last year when the dress I ordered was too small. I don't have time to mess with this kind of stuff, so I've decided just to go to the nearby BR Factory store whenever they advertise a sale and just shop there. Same with Gap and ON.

BR sales are a guessing game. I never know until I put it in my cart and apply the code. Sometime I don't even bother because I assume whatever I like is not on sale. What really drives me batty is how their on line sale prices do not match the in store prices. I don't make it to the mall very often but when I do, I rarely buy anything because the item is on sale on line but not in store. Ugh.

What's happening in particular, you're expecting a discount but it doesn't work on certain items? I know that BR has a category of 'smart picks' or something along those lines, that don't qualify for most of the sales. I do think it's lame and can lead to more aggravation from customers than is worth it.

I personally have bought very few items from BR in the last year or two. They used to be one of my go-tos but their items just haven't ticked my boxes recently.

It is confusing. On a more positive note, I have ordered on line and when the item has gone on sale or there is a higher percentage off code, BR will apply it if you call (of course, the specific item must be eligible for the sale). That is where the confusion lies for me.

I'm not normally a huge online shopper but I've been trying to capture some of the recent sales. I'm curious if anyone else ever runs into issues with the BR sale codes? I don't expect to do anything about it, I just want validation that I'm not totally crazy!
