But I am planning on using them in a stay-at-home-fancy birthday outfit next week (below).&nbsp;</p> <p>I have big envy for folks who can achieve that loose/slouchy quality like Firecracker and Angie get with their jeans, but I've accepted that I'm pretty much always going to fill out the legs. Sizing up rarely does the trick, because most patterns seem to be designed with the assumption that people's legs are all the same size and only the waist gets bigger/smaller (my quads and glutes say otherwise ).
