I general, you are after a fabric that is heavy enough not to need to be lined or to wear a slip. Soft thick linen is the best, as is double layer nylon knit mesh. Soft denim dresses have been favorites. High of 95 today with about 95% humidity (that's my hair's forecast on the humidity - pretty accurate so far). My, how I've forgotten what heat feels like. </p> <p>Anyway - this is highlighting what I knew from a post of mine a while back. I have gaping holes for summer clothes. I tend to go for toppers and third pieces in my mild climate back home but that won't work here sadly. </p> <p>I was thinking a dress would be good. Nice and breezy. I have to work on accepting looser silhouettes - I guess now is the time to do it. </p> <p>I was perusing Nordies and none of their dresses struck my fancy. Looking on ebay now narrowed to EF dresses. Prob is I like to cover my upper arms and I do still like some structure to the garment. </p> <p>Any recs or links to summer dresses available now to help me deal with this heat?
