I no longer "break in" shoes or doctor them. If they don't fit, they don't earn a place in my closet. I have wider feet, but not quite W width, and they are tight, but improving with each wear. I do not wear heavy socks in my boots and these I started out wearing knee high nylon type socks! It makes me sick how much I spent on them. I could have bought a pair of Fryes and had money left over...</p> <p>So yes, I'm finally considering a pair. The only reservation I have is that pointy toe. Usually that shape tends to cramp my two littlest toes. Sometimes i can get around this by sizing up though.</p> <p>I'm also not sure about color. I like the Natural color best, but it is sold out in my size everywhere. Red boots are too clownish for my taste and the brown options are so...brown. Sand is too light. That leaves black. Sigh. Another pair of black boots? I just don't know... </p>
