The initial price always seems a little high, and it probably is inflated to account for their constant promotions (dresses one week, shirts the next kind of thing).<br /> If you look on their website there are some Toronto stores, but they aren't central. I never heard of it before getting a job on the PATH. I didn't notice any shiny looser threads at all. In fact, I will be honest and say I thought the quality was actually better than the authentic Bailey 44 dress. The true B44 has raw edge finishing on the tiers and hem which is something I'm not overly keen on. To me, the uneven edge looks cheap. On the Cleo version, the hem of the dress and the lining are completely finished, as well as the hem of each tier. I like that. The fabric was heavier and the lining more substantial than the B44 so I do think the dress would be hotter in the summer though and the fabric was not quite as soft. Sleeeves were the perfect 3/4 length on me even though I'm petite. I also found that because the fabric was more weighty, it was less clingy and therefore less body con that the B44 - I instantly felt a bit more comfortable in it. The Cleo dress does have a slightly roomier fit than the B44 so if you're looking for true body con, you'll want to size down. It was under a bright light that was picking up some shiny looser threads on the material. Remember the floral dress I bought there last year? I've worn the heck out of that dress and it's just now pilling in a couple of spots. It is not silky or anything like that so the dress does cling a tiny bit to tights or hose, although not badly.
