My take: The top is neutral, with the white picking up on her hair/skin as well as a little of the jacket, and the black grounds the outfit along with the sunglasses, tights, shoes, and skirt print. The red in the print is echoed with lipstick. All three prints are similar, all wooshy and curvy (key, imo). The top is neutral, and the skirt's pattern is subtle enough that it almost reads as a texture rather than a print, so none of the patterns really compete.
