Tape newspaper sheets together until it is big enough to accommodate your body. Find a friend who will help. Dress in a leotard or something clingy. Lay down on newspaper and have friend trace your outline with marker as close to the body as possible. Make sure marker doesn’t bleed through newspaper and mar your floor. When you get up you can see your shape accurately and use a ruler to measure distances if you need to.<br /> Alternately- if you have large mirror (I have closet door mirror) - stand against door and have friend trace you with wet bar of soap. But then you have to clean mirror .
