Some cheaper ones really show the pading.&nbsp;</p> <p>2 - Try to pick smooth fabrick over lace</p> <p>3 - Silicone pads are the most comfortable and the most natural imitation. If you have a&nbsp; +1 in your life, they WILL try to nonchalantly put their hand on your derrière, believe me, when you have this on. The silicone feels the most natural. Other padding feels like... like thick padded bras.&nbsp;</p> <p>4 - I renamed the silicone pads my trusted "chicken filets" lol</p> <p>5 - Girdles with butt wholes supposed to lift your asset. Ok, I am very active, I consider I do have a good natural asset, let's say it's not Jane Fonda Buns of Steel there but hey, it has managed to age gracefully and still round. Well put this dreadful contraption on and what happens? Major cheek sagging. Sagging AND protruding (downwards). Very not flattering.&nbsp;</p> <p>6 - For comfort, pick one size larger than your usual clothing size, if you are wearing the girdle for the purpose of securing the chicken filets/padding in place rather than actually make your hips smaller. Too small of a size will squish your natural assets, not desirable. trust me, after you've seen what it does under clothes, you'll want to wear it as often as possible, therefore, if you usually are a Medium, get a Large.&nbsp;</p> <p>7 - If you are prone to muffin top curse then I really suggest trying a high waisted padded girdle or that has a large waist band. Again, one size larger. If you order online, and the waistband ends up being a bit loose, you can easily fix it whereas the reverse isn't true.&nbsp;</p> <p>8 - I strongly recommend getting ones with leg wholes that either stop at the same point were your panty would stop (under your buttock in the crease where the thigh begins) OR longer short-like legs. To avoid: half-short legs (they roll up) or Brazilian bikini style where they stop on your butt cheek right before the crease of the leg starts: double-bubble guaranteed there.
