I recommend you go shopping with Fruitful in the city...she is lovely. Not knowing your style i would recommend, as Katiepea suggested, David Jones, and Myer in the city. The Quick Brown Fox is a funky boutique - these are all in the city. In fact you could probably get lost just wandering and shopping in the city for a day. There are some great shops at the Crown Casino complex. Chadstone Shopping Centre is huge, all under cover and has stores ranging from Target to Chanel. Jacqui E is a middle of the range store and they cater for sizes up to 18. IMO their clothing is made for 'real women'. We also have the Essendon Direct Factory Outlets - I haven't shopped there but I hear it's very good.<br /> Unfortunately I recently moved a couple of hours away from Melbourne, otherwise I would have loved to organize to meet. If you look down some of the side streets, time permitting, you may even come across a few independent shops. It is very easy to walk around.
