(I'm going to blame that on the kids (and on being the new kid in town &lt;sniffity sniff!&gt;.)</p> <p>The closest I have been to High Tea 'round here is at the "Room with Roses" cafe, which is located within Brisbane Arcade (Queen Street Mall).
