I have a harder time thinking what I’d choose to tweak it towards Audrey’s gamine version, because I am not that type, but probably something waist length and fitted like her twinset here. A rumply linen-type top like yours is part of a different classic outfit, in my mind. That said your outfit looks good too! On Laurie, the rolled sleeves give structure. Maybe try that? Or maybe with your hair up? </p> <p>When I've tried to wear multiple classic pieces together, it's just drab. I always end up adding at least one exotic, feminine, or "sharp" (like pointy toe boots) piece to make it look right.<br /> ETA- I worked as a waiter (briefly- I was crap at it haha). We had the exact same uniform- black trousers and a tuxedo style shirt. Two men with pale skin and black hair looked great in it...classic and dead right.
