There were problems with my boots order before Christmas. The boots were out of stock and within the space of 12 hours, the dates of delivery of new stock was changed from Dec 5th to Dec 16th. This got me a tiny bit worried so I called them, explained the situation, was told by customer service that they would call me back within 24 hours about it and within fifteen minutes, they called back apologising for the inconvenience and saying that it had been posted already. Between ordering time and waiting for stock to arrive, my boots arrived within five days of ordering. The riding boots are slightly different - mine have a wrap around strap at the bottom that gives them just a little bit of interest. The tall heel dress boots look exactly the same. The heel is just a tad high for me to wear every day - I only wear them for dinner out, dressing up, that sort of thing. But I wore the flat riding boots a lot this winter. They are Rockport "AINLEY" and they are the only boots I have ever bought in a store that not specifically "wide calf" that fit me! It was a minor miracle. They are more of a rain boot, though, and they are taller, and don't really work with skirts (on me, anyway). They are also fairly flat - not much of a heel. But they are great for the rain.
