The buckle bit isn't actually functional - it does up via the press-studs at the back. The elastic itself kinda looks like a woven design. The best thing is it was only $10! </p> <p>Don't worry if you hate this one, I can return it to Target no probs!</p> <p>I saw other ones more around the $20-$30 mark.
