I am working (slowly with lots of distraction) to divide my wardrobe into 4x4 capsules and by season with one light neutral<br /> and one dark one per season plus some accent colors and finding gaps.<br /> I have not gotten far but could use a bone white summer dress and a white denim skirt so far. My fall wardrobe looks like a hodge podge of accent pieces and not enough neutrals but many can cross seasons. Starting with fall I will see by wearing the capsule if I have allowed enough variety. I suspect that I need to add browns to that capsule but may try to use charcoal grey as my dark neutral as it goes well with mustard, orange and olive. I see you are not including jackets but are including cardigans. That would help me to do that as each summer top has a topper for air conditioning, and extending the day and season. Now it is evening and my silk sleeveless top is too cold on its own. I had to add a topper. The idea is to remix the 10 pieces over 10 days.</p> <p>I wanted to include a couple of pieces that I don't wear so often (the black and grey floral skirt and the tall boots).&nbsp; My cardigan (sort of leopard print) is also not often worn - but I think it might be almost ready to edit out.&nbsp; So the other pieces were chosen to be versatile around these pieces.</p> <p>I have given a hack to my jeans - I wonder if they need to go a bit shorter again?</p> <p>Here is Monday to Friday - two bags were used, one outerwear (it is actually very mild but wet this week) and two scarves.</p> <p>Next week will be more of a challenge.......I hope to make it through but laundry bottlenecks might get in the way unless I am organised. </p>
