I gained weight more rapidly than I ever have over the winter. As much as I try not to let it bother me, I'm frustrated I let it happen (ok, some of it was out of my control, but there were also a few too many cinnamon rolls...) and it does make me much more self-conscious about my stomach, hips, and thighs in certain clothes. BUT, this dress did not make me think twice about any of those areas. I am an 8 veering towards 10 and I ordered the medium. Length is great.
