I'm thinking smart casual, MOTG, casual friday. Or not?</p> <p>#3-4 black, sheer blouse with tie<br /> I adjusted the blouse so only the tie shows and I fastened it with a brouche, following the neckline of the dress. I like this as a dressier option, but not for smart casual or work presentation. </p>
