Asos has started converting the sizes for you, so it was their US size that fit small...but I imagine even within their own brand it could vary.

Sarah, remember that a UK size 8 is a US size 2 most of the time. Size up a few sizes.

At H&M, a size 4 is a BR size 0.

Ana, I hope that helps.

The first time I ordered ASOS skirts I ordered two sizes, UK 8 (US size 4 according to their size chart) and UK 10 (US size 6) since I normally run between 4-6. The UK 10's definitely fit better so I agree you will probably do fine sizing up. But I just had a look and the size measurements on their table I am more a 10 than an 8 so that is true to size.

Thanks Angie and Sarah! I was wondering about the ASOS brand (the stuff that is marked as their brand). I think I will go with a size 10 and see how it works out.

Thanks again!

I ordered some trousers in the ASOS brand in a size 8 (I'm a 6 in most US brands) and they were SNUUUUUG.
Any other brand I've ordered from ASOS has been fairly TTS.

I can specify per brand, Ana. It runs the gamut.

Generally, Euro sizes run smaller.

Hi Everyone!

For those of you have ordered from ASOS, I wondering what their sizing is like? I know they carry different brands, but any input would be helpful. Specifically, I'm looking at their house brand. I almost always wear a M/8 in the mainstream stores (Gap, J. Crew, BR, AT, etc.), but I wear a 10 in designer sizing.

Thank you!
