Super piccies. Just love that ultra-low cowl neck! And the pieces on your link are really great too!!!

Can't believe you lived in Florence: lucky you! My all-time favourite city. We're planning a weekend visit late September, when it'll be cooler and less busy. DH wants to spend time in the Uffici, which gives me time to imbibe a different kind of culture: yep! You guessed a bit of retail therapy. Max Mara and Armani (almost better than in Milan), and I fancy a few new Missoni ultra-long scarves to brighten up winter black! Maybe even a few of those jewellery shops on the Ponte Vecchio. Hopeless case, huh??

OK, we're right in front of les Galléries. Will give you all the gen. later. Ciao!

Ha! Thanks, LF! I love finding (and supporting) interesting small labels. When I was living in Florence a billion years ago, my favorite item was a textural cardigan from a tiny shop that sold its own label - which I am certainly spelling wrong and is probably 100% gone by now: Tenebre & Delirio (Darkness and Delirium).

I found Spina and Re.Set through Yoox because I am a sucker for interesting linen knits. I wore one here: http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....k-too-bare
And recently I purchased these babies in the pics (first one in dark gray, second one in black):

It's awesome having someone do on-location recon!

I know a very chic Italian design company Re-Set per Spina. (knitwear re-designed with a creative twist by Spina is the logic behind the off-beat brand-name). I've got a few of their pieces. Mostly knitwear or jersey, but always with a funky elegance: very Italian. My favourite set from Spina is a long sleeveless tunic-sweater in light grey at the slashed neck, proceeding through flannel grey, charcoal and finally black at the mid-thigh hem, all in very broad stripes (colour blocks). It comes with it's own long sleeve solid black slash neck fine-cotton-with-a-dash of lycra tee to wear under the tunic. Uber-chic!!! (I wear the combo with black leggings inside knee-high stretchy suede black stiletto-heeled boots.)

They're based in Milan, but have a small in-store boutique in Les Galleries Lafayette here in Paris, which is where I buy mine. Tell you what, I'll ring them, and try to find out more, cos I'm pretty certain they're the people you're looking for. I'll also ask whether Galleries Lafayette export from their specialty-boutique-within-store ranges. I have a feeling they do. Maybe I can even get a catalogue for you. Nice to find someone else who knows about them, and loves them. There aren't many of us, as yet, which, for me, appeals to my elitist inner 'fashion-snob'. You see, you've made me admit to a guilty secret about myself!

Just purchased some items off Yoox and I love them! But I can't find a lot online. Anyone know anything about this label? Thanks!
