I think this problem has been fixed. I have tested it with the images above and they all upload fine using Safari.

It turns out that a component in our server that I updated recently wasn't playing nice with Safari. But I gave them a talking to and now said component and Safari are working together nicely to upload your photos. :-)

Let me know if there are any further issues, and thanks for pointing this one out.

BTW, I have been assuming that everyone on this thread has only experienced this problem recently (like in the last day or so). If it goes back any further than this then please let me know.

This current version of Safari was release on 11/29/2011, so we have had it for about 6 weeks.

Thank you for the test photos. I see the exact same problem in Safari, so this will help me to track down the cause. This definitely seems specific to Safari at this point, although that is strange since it is the same version of Safari we have been using for a while. So odd that the problem would suddenly appear now.

I'm on it!

Thanks Greg - I actually ended up deleting the photos 'cause I wasn't happy with them anyway. But for the record, there were three of them and they were all around 1.7 MB. Thanks for checking into this.

Greg, I had the same problem. I will email you the photo. It was only with this one photo I had problems, the others were fine. It is around .5mb and it kept loading higher and higher, I would go back and try to resize the photo, same thing would happen. -- Denise

Anna, Shannon, thanks for letting me know. I tried this morning and I can see the problem too. I will investigate. It would be great if you could send me the photos that caused problems at feedback@youlookfab.com.

In the meantime, you might be able to load a smaller photo. In my experiments this morning I could upload photos that were less than 1MB.

Also, this problem seems to be restricted to Safari. I can load all photos fine in Firefox and Chrome.

I'm using a Mac on OS X 10.6.8 and Safari 5.1.2.
I try to load photos but it continuously reloads and doesn't stop. I let it run a for a bit and it would recycle and go up so something like 44 mb before I'd hit cancel.
