modgrl, yes, that is true if you make the purchase within a 24 hour window. It can be anything at Amazon, not only books.

RoseandJoan, I'm not sure about that, but will investigate.

For those in Europe who use amazon.co.uk or amazon.eu, is there any way for YLF to still earn commission on our purchases Greg?

As a follow up to this question, when I click out from the books page into amazon, do you get a referral bonus for ANYTHING I buy on amazon, or just that book? I tend to buy a lot of incidentals on amazon - in the last few months I bought a special power strip, camera batteries, face cream and a belt organizer.

Hi Diana,

We don't have that set up directly, but we are currently experimenting with a service that automatically converts links into affiliate links where it can.

First off, I wanted to say again that YLF books looks great!

Greg, I have a quick question about Amazon referral links. I know the links in the book store obviously link to your Amazon affiliate pages, but what about links people post in the forum? I know I often post amazon links, not just to books but also to clothes and shoes and stuff like that. Another website/forum that I frequent (Ravelry, for knitters) has it set up where any Amazon link posted in their forum goes to an affiliate page for that item. Does this work for YLF as well or is it even possible to implement that here?
