Like you I still enjoy the old colours best, for me the Spring ones. I was never properly colour typed but was only in my 20s when I read the Colour Me Beautiful book by Carole Jackson and it was so clear that those colours were both what I liked and what I received the most compliments on. I have branched out into some cooler colours in recent years like teal, pewter, charcoal, light grey and purple. I feel quite good in these now with the grey hair, but sometimes I think they don't brighten my face, and I especially feel that with silver jewellery eg my silver chain versus my gold one.<br /> Could you just experiment in some actual stores, like try on something nice in purple without buying, to get a sense of it on you?<br /> And I agree that gold hardware is easier to find. I am now still confused what season I am now. I did couple of seasonal color tests on the internet and have not got two equal results yet. It probably means that I am more neutral now and can wear more colors. But I still love the same colors as before. I never liked cool colors and never wear purple for example but maybe it will look good now with the silver hair, who knows? Are you wearing cool colors now? I stumbled upon your Expresso jacket at Zalando. It looks like it is perfectly fitting the bill. And it is even on sale currently. But I don't have any experience with Expresso, there is no B&amp;M store here to check them out and I am not sure about their sizing and quality. I never even heard of them until you mentioned it. Which size should I order? I am currently between US6 and US8 in BR for example and wear mostly 38 in EU and 12 in UK sizing. And what color is the hardware? It looks like it could be silver, but not sure because you bought it too          </p>
