I have 3 pairs of Pikolinos, 2 sandals and 1 bootie, and they are all 38 and fit perfectly. These shoes are amazingly comfortable. My Pikolinos shoes are size 41 with a bit of toe room. Extra length was needed to accommodate my foot width.
