I don't know if I would get any of them. the first one has the high collar and creates an illusion of more on top but it doesn't really have much of a shape, you really need some kind of cinching to create a good silhouette for a pear shape. the second one has a belt which is good, but it's got that goofy collar (don't get the second one under any circumstances).
