It's been my experience thst large companies have general guidelines for these kinds of things, esp when they are bringing in people from different locations. The trip will be for 4 days with the last day consisting of a half day of training and then departing. I believe the only events will be dinners.<br /> I don't want to buy suites because I won't wear them again before they go out of style.
