I believe Sage is referring to the tulip shaped dress which really gives the appearance of a voluptuous derriere because it poofs out and hugs our curves so well </p> <p>I suggest a belted shift dress if you want a formal look. The rockability, vintage dresses from Modcloth and Anthropologie also really flatter our shape.
