Most sleeved shirts are too short in the shoulder, too tight on the arms or too short for long sleeves. I am also flat chested which is a major problem. I am 103 lbs of muscle i am not thin or skinny more like compact! The sizes that I have been reduced to is a 10/12 girls. There are 2 types of hourglass though-8 shape, and x shape-depending on where widest point is (higher or lower).
